Sweet Springfield

How I got over myself and learned to love my hometown.

I wrote an article on this topic, and you can read it by clicking here if you'd like.

  1. Beautifully written article Ana, it's so true! I loved how you incorporated the Wright brothers story. My hometown now is relatively new to me, and I still find myself wondering if things wouldn't have been better had we moved to city like Seattle or Portland, the answer is probably in some ways and in some ways not. Going to love on Spokane a little extra today. Thanks for sharing.

    1. Thank you, Lanette!! Those lilac gardens you shared yesterday were gorgeous. Spokane looks lovely to me!

  2. This is so good! I am from a small town in Ohio, so it hit pretty close to home for me. ;)

  3. Beautiful article with such great perspective. I live in one of Canada's largest cities, and even then I catch myself wondering if I should not be striving to live in an even larger, more "important" metropolis like New York City - it never ends!
